No this one was a dried out glasses wipe just brushed with PVA. Dried out wipes work better because they don't have a pattern and stay together when you get them wet with the PVA.

Nope, fresh as the day I painted them. Everyone said they would go mouldy. The green ones are 16 years old.

Ah mine didn’t survive the adventures my younger self subjected it to. So this was a good repurpose some 43 years later 😎

Those are bigger and would probably work for a 15mm version, might have to look out for some.
