Not done a parkrun in a few weeks ( mixture of storm cancellations, being out of the country and an unfortunate dose of pneumonia for good measure). A recent health diagnosis has put an end to my running days, so walking is the future plan for my parkruns (at least I’m a fast walker 😉) #parkrun

On a frosty Glasgow morning, Drumchapel parkrun served up hills, chills, and thrills! The hilly trail sparkled with frost, but the warmth of the friendly volunteers melted the ice in our hearts. A proper winter workout! #parkrun

The last Dean Castle Country Park parkrun of 2025 was a trail-tastic triumph! Winding through the scenic country park, runners braved the mud, cheered on by ever-friendly volunteers. A perfect farewell to the year—here’s to many more parkrun adventures in 2026! #parkrun

In Holland this weekend, so doing a parkrun in Delft. . An amazing but very damp 5k around Delftse Hout park. In a bizarre twist, part of the parkrun goes through a nudist reserve and despite the cold there are a number of folk walking around completely billy bollock😲 #parkrun #netherlands #delft
