No, electrical solder has a rosin core, you need a solid core for stained glass. I order solder made for stained glass from various stores online. Sometimes even Amazon.

These pieces don’t have any paint, just the lead lines. When I do use paint, I use an enamel that’s especially made for glass it gets baked on in the oven before I solder the whole piece together.
