Where is the shooter? Was it targeted? Description? Anything? Should the community be concerned or on the lookout?

I knew about it, got ads in my mailbox even. I vote every prov. and fed. election, it's important to have our say, but this one doesn't seem to matter much, to be honest. Maybe just my ignorance in not understanding what they do.

The old way had helped me be sure the fire wasn't near my house when I'm across the city or the province. Old way was helpful, this is not.
