What’s the highest copy count in ASU that you've actually solved by molecular replacement? Based on the unit cell and the Matthews coefficient it seems that I should have at ~16 copies. Can't solve any of this and it's getting very frustrating. #crystallography #structuralbiology #hailmary

2 miles of mostly sprinting playing ultimate and my legs didn’t break and my lungs didn’t pop! Threw a couple scores, caught a couple scores, got a couple D’s, played 74% of the points. First game of spring season with high winds made for a fun day!

Tried to do a weighted pull-up for the first time in 20 years and added 110 lbs on that belt. I think my form needs some work.
