that’s the pass rush presence prematurely triggering Sam to immediately look for the check down instead of the 2nd and 3rd reads.

how do you stop an endless stream of correspondence and paperwork? you fix the damn pothole, which creates an entirely new problem. how much to budget for fixing next year’s pothole grievances. and you can’t just add 10% to last year’s figure. no, lots and lots of Power BI graphs will be involved.

they don’t purposely design their system to quickly fix road issues, but they did design a system where basically every complaint and public-government interaction has to be documented. but, that system doesn’t allow for file-and-forget. it keeps going with ceaseless motion until resolved.
