The main moral of the story here is to never take a job at a public university in a red state.

The lapse of status is caused entirely by the government itself through bureaucratic delays, not through any fault of the applicants.

Both prompt and rubric were too broad. Obviously not a serious offense, just a rookie mistake by the instructor which was destined to generate complaints. Add an idiot kid who wants to start shit et voilà.

The news department continues to do their job. The AI "top comments" algorithm was clearly skewed to favor pro-Trump comments, and the editorials have been ridiculous. Reversing the top comments approach helps, now need to show that editorials are not there to please the regime.

They're getting bored from not bombing enough people recently.
November 23, 2025 at 2:05 PM
Yes, and also Mirkovic needs to find someone on defense in transition. He is terrific but misses assignments several times per game and Bama is the wrong team for that.

Agreed, a track meet favors them. I think the tempo I want to see is just moving the ball a little quicker and cutting with a little more purpose in the halfcourt.
November 20, 2025 at 3:21 AM
Most teams are going to stuff the lane with help defenders against us. That's what Bama is doing, and I'm happy taking what they're giving us, which is open threes. The biggest thing wrong with our offense was not playing with enough tempo.
November 20, 2025 at 3:18 AM
I disagree. He makes shots when open, gets rebounds, doesn't turn it over, can get you a bucket in a pinch, and is a reliable defender.

Love to see Stojakovic as the first defender back, getting a contest at the rim, and still beating the defense down the floor at the other end.

Murder is still illegal and I look forward to the people involved spending the rest of their lives in prison.

They think they're still going to control Congress after the midterms?
November 17, 2025 at 1:01 AM
Bad call, but not quite as egregious as this angle makes it look, since I think they probably called it based on excessive follow through with Boswell's left arm, which is not really visible in this shot.
November 12, 2025 at 3:59 AM
I think the legs are getting tired. Lots of shots off front rim. Would really help to not have four players out.

If he can shoot over the 7'2" guy, you might as well put the guy with the most lower body strength and best hands on him.
November 12, 2025 at 3:18 AM
It's a seven man rotation right now with the injuries. The players are starting to look gassed.
November 12, 2025 at 3:12 AM
Seemed like Underwood was yelling at Boswell to get a shot up quickly. Two-for-ones are vastly underused by college teams, great to see the Illini pick up two points from it tonight.
November 12, 2025 at 2:51 AM
The combination of size and skill feels like an NBA team. Amazing to think that this is without possibly our two best guys.
November 12, 2025 at 2:47 AM
I have to say, I've been pleasantly surprised by almost everyone. Boswell has taken a leap offensively. Big Z is hitting his upside. Humrichous looks much more comfortable, especially on D. Jake Davis isn't getting pushed around anymore.

7'4" guy doing Kobe moves and he's still only 21...

Someone needs to tell Jesus to start doing leg exercises instead of just working his right arm

Let's at least please stop having Democrats die in office. Yes, that means electing people under the age of 70.

Most of the anger at Trump isn't about inflation, but it's a disproportionately important issue among swing voters. A lot of his appeal to a certain kind of swing voter was that they thought he would be good for the economy.
