Totally agree. All of the horrors in the US come from inflexible laws imposed on complex situations.

It just strikes me as ‘when the abstract is literal’. Structural inequality.

Thank you so much! Love to you too, have a marvellous Friday and weekend.🥰

Thanks! I like it too.🥰

It feels like gaslighting to be so deeply harmed, yet most people you interact with seem to react like you should be unaffected. It’s one of the worst acts of bullying in history, if you look at the dimensions of the campaign and the tiny size of the target group. Pure evil obsession.

I am feeling a gulf between myself and others that seem completely unaware of the duration, scale, and intensity of the deliberate hate campaign being waged against trans people. It is damaging, traumatising, and abusive.

I am finding it increasingly difficult to maintain my willingness and ability to function in a society that is routinely sending out extremely abusive messaging.

So there were a few things going on in my head and heart simultaneously. What I didn’t need is to see news of at least two attempts in Australia to take away rights from trans people. The QLD LNP are disgusting.

It was a pleasant drive there, I take the more rural route to enjoy the scenery.

It’s also the birthday of one of my children. I haven’t seen them for years. This is not a situation that I want. It is complex.

It was good to spend time catching up. I really wanted to get through the day and keep it pleasant, unfortunately, I zoned out a bit with shopping centre noise and briefly lost Chris and his mum whilst walking through a shopping centre. It was soon fixed.

Simply reacting to the reactionaries is still them setting the agenda.

Thank you very much! 🥰

Thank you, Rosey! 🥰

Health care bans must be devastating. We’ve had centuries of trans people existing, and right when the best possible intervention is available … it’s interfered with by ignorant bigots. ❤️

I have managed to maintain a degree of calm in the last couple of days. Housemates are behaving, possibly not because they are being considerate so much as scared of the crazy woman. I really felt heartbroken for trans kids last night.

He was born the year that Pink Floyd’s ‘Dark Side of the Moon’ came out, and I was born the year that … some Beatles album came out 😅

I have to occasionally try and take a photo with the two of us, it’s tricky with the height difference. So he’s real, not ‘goes to another school’ lol.
