Listened to Biden’s farewell speech on the way home from work today. Sigh… I’m not angry, but WTF was the throw away comment about SCOTUS? Like seriously? Now, on your way out the door when it is far too late to do anything about them? NOW you have an opinion? 1/2

So every winter for the past few years I’ve gotten what I refer to as “winter hands” - meaning my skin cracks and bleeds life crazy because I do the dishes. Fortunately my wife works for a dentist and I have access to these gloves. My hands are much happier this year.

So my wife very kindly bought me (1/2 price) pizza for dinner tonight. The label says that it is sausage and corn, but some a-hole at Donki decided that tuna was the same as sausage- trust me, it’s not. It’s really hard to ruin pizza, but tuna does it

Can we all agree that AI is a bad idea? It demands too much energy, the potential for harm is too high, and as with so many other forms of technology these days, it is far too concentrated in the hands of far too few people whose motives are questionable at best.

Biden, today, finally… letting Ukraine 🇺🇦 strike into Russia with missiles. As with so many other things Biden related, too little, too late. I’m a pacifist, BTW, but he has really tied the Ukrainians hands the past two years.

I love it when I get on the bike after a while off, my legs are in great shape, and riding makes me feel like I’m 18 again (which happens quite often when I’m on the bike). Went for a ride today up Ogasayama and crushed it.

Bodyweight EMOM/medicine ball/battle rope and kettlebell workout today. It’s a gloomy day, but I burned enough calories to have a drink (or two). Time to make dinner.
