NJ decided two cases determining schools can't out LGBTQ kids to their parents. This is in direct opposition to the policy Etown adopted and the ILC is pushing elsewhere. The court said parents can already access school records. Gender expression does not require modifications to official records.

We can hope some of this funding reaches schools here in Lancaster County. After-school care allows many parents to maintain employment. It should be accessible to all families.
