I just got this ad on Reddit. According to the comments under the ad, many of the jobs pay below minimum wage, or don't offer a wage at all. These farms exploited migrant workers for decades and now they have to contend with their poor choices.

This is why I'll never be one of those "7 hours is enough sleep!"-type people. My brain literally doesn't shut off at night because it's in constant "guarding" mode. Every day is exhausting.
