Pages is such a huge example of that too. He’s been struggling to get on base but he’s been getting a lot of bat on the ball. Only problem is that he keeps coming just short of a home run and ends up flying out. Just put the ball in play!

I'm so grateful for the amount of trust all the producers gave me to run the post side of things. I was far from a "my way or the highway" type of running things, but if they ever had a problem that needed solving I was glad they had every faith that I could handle that for them

Yeson gave us a lot of good stuff to work with but there was still a lot of work to get everything looking the way it should and our team knocked it out of the park!
