First time in a long time I feel supported by managment I can open up and say how I feel. I’ve settled in well and this reinforces being part of a great team. I’ve got a long way to go but having the support makes all the difference

This is a good point not just for physios though also the support workforce I didn’t think there was many roles in private practice but there should be a pathway and a support worker is a career in its own right

The first 7 weeks have flown by and I’m enjoying #PrivatePractice as a #AHPSupportWorkers
The team have been great and I’ve learnt so much lots of training on all the equipment

Two more weeks and I start a new job. I’ve been in the NHS over 12 years but here is to a new start and the next adventure will be an emotional last couple of weeks but so excited for my next role
