The world is doing everything it can to disabuse me of my love for fast cars, including showing me that they tend to be owned and driven by assholes.

I am punching this up on WolframAlpha and rereading my pages from late last night and getting the uneasy feeling that I solved the first integral and then suffered a catastrophic attention span glitch and forgot to work through the second and then perform the subtraction.

Concur upon review.

Post a random picture, else everything will go bad in September.

Eyeroll.

Preternaturally talented fighter pilot and legit soft-spoken war hero reduced to a penis/pot joke.

Been mostly quiet about a weeklong vacation to Montreal - good time! go see the botanical garden! heavy food - but saw this and wondered what exactly they were thinking:

Momoko is a good machine. I thought that the wheels would be more of a dark gold than metallic brown, but it still sorta works.

The 1 Series was the predecessor to the 2 back about 10-15 years ago (in North America, at least; Euros still get a hatchback 1).

The "2-Series" is actually two radically different cars: that one with the corporate platform shared with Mini and a much more trad-BMW two-door sedan with rear drive.

This thing. Built on the same platform as Mini Coopers. Not a traditionalist BMW but they sell okay

This was my first thought. Tweak the year and you've got multiple options for some of those boxes, plus Skyline GT-R for the wild card. Early-nineties Nissan was one of those rare times when a company was just playing a different game. Wish they could get back there.

Let's have a proper season, shall we?

Once upon a time...

Not the whole airport, but: It’s long gone now but I will forever cherish the disorientation and awkwardness of trying to go through or pick up someone from JFK’s Terminal 3. Looked like a UFO and was arranged about as intuitively as one.

They're slowish by modern standards, intensely rust-prone, and pricing is on the uncomfortable side of "collector's item", but the 3.0 CS is absolutely what BMW is and should be.

'73 (trispheric heads and small bumpers) manual, bitte.

Wait, was thinking about this a bit more. Largely Ford and sold through Ford dealers counts, right? (See also: DeTomaso Pantera.)
