So, while it doesn't justify much, I do understand why they're not translating it. Hopefully they add extra language support soon but yeah.

FF in particular is that kind of game nowadays over here that people have _heard_ of, but know nothing about, and I've heard quite a few people who gave it a try say that the games weren't up to their liking for various reasons.

I vividly remember being made fun of growing up for liking RPGs and games that "nobody knew".
Nowadays, while I'm not made fun of, when I say I like JRPGs and whatnot, people think of Elden Ring or Dark Souls, which, fair, but it also goes to show how little space other JRPG franchises have.
