November 1st, 1998.

It's a mind-boggling stat, but I've been married to this amazing woman for 27 years.

We married young. 18 and 20, so VERY young. Our friends gave us one year at most.

We are happy to continue to defy expectations.

It's been a long time since I've gone to a live concert, and even longer a festival. I'm definitely aging out.

But as someone whose music tastes are defined by the late 90s through early '10s, I can't honestly believe I hadn't heard of Whrn We Were Young before now.

This lineup is FUCKING BONKERS.

I was married but I’m not married any more. Women don’t like the vehicle.

We saw you from accross the bar and we really dig your vibe

Good goddamn. 😮

Astral Ascent was a fantastic platformer with some of the best pixelart in recent memory, and it looks like Fallen Fates is going to somehow up the ante.

I really hope this comes to Switch.

I'm going to buy a World Book Encyclopedia, but I can't bring myself to buy the newest edition because the spines form a giant American flag.

However, the 2024 edition...😍

Getting into vinyl hasn't exactly been *cheap*, but it's one of the best new hobbies I've started in a very long time.

Yeah. YEAH. This is what the stadium looked like pre-COVID. These were some amazing experiences.

Going through old photos and ran across this pic. These were where our @soundersfc.com season tickets were before we gave them up. It was amazing to watch games from this spot.

Here's the baby elephant we saw at Oregon Zoo last weekend. Figured some of y'all could use this right now.

The fact this says "Blocked" for me actually makes this post better. 😆 And slighlty more hilarious.

Here's a pic of our big void kicking our dog out of her bed.

No we won't. No it didn't. I seriously doubt it. It won't, and no it won't. Nope. We are absolutely not.

It's amazing people can say this shit in public and not get tomatoes thrown at them.

I love FiiO's devices. They're really nice quality and sound fantastic. If your daughter wants a really good, inexpensive pair of wired IEMs, check out the ones I mention.

FiiO makes a case for the m21 that gives it the same Walkman vibe as that Echo Mini, and I'm probably buying that next. 😆

This is genuinely one of the best things I've ever bought. It's a FiiO M21 Digital Audio Player (DAP).

The form factor is nigh on perfect, it's powerful, the DAC is fantastic, and it sounds WONDERFUL.

Especially through a decent pair of IEMs like these Truthear x Crinacle Zero Reds.

Well, first we gotta take David Bowie in Labyrinth out of the mix as an obvious given.

One of my favorites will always be Alicia Keys in Smokin' Aces.

Mine went to board games.

Well, now I know where they got the design inspiration for the Johnny Cab in Total Recall.

Used bookstores are good, actually.

Found this in our small-town book maze for FIVE DOLLARS.

I would bet real money that within five years of this pic being taken, one of the people in this photo is injured or killed by a gunshot, most likely either by one of their friends or family, or self-inflicted.

I mean, LOOK AT THIS FUCKKNUCKLE.

The first and most important rule of handling ANY gun is: Never point it at anything you don't intend to destroy.

Doesn't matter how you're holding it or whether the safety's on or whether or not you're touching the trigger. You just. don't. fucking. do it.
