Overall, I enjoyed this opening episode and look forward to reading more about it and seeing how the anime is handled.

This opening issue shows him discovering that while his hero seems to have taken up a very mundane lifestyle, he’s still as skilled as before. It was humorous and felt like the combination of John Wick, Way of the Husband, and Spy Family all in the way.
