Most US news sources are "infotainment" rather than news. There is hardly any serious news and when there is it is maximized for sensationalism. Any comparison of the BBC to any US news source shows how seriously they are lacking.

He is a genius of a deal maker Not! The other outcome of this trade war witch China is that they have realized they have more leverage in trade and on the world stage than the US. Trump has significantly weakened the deal making posture of the US - includes worse relationships with allies.

There isn't one - the problem is more complicated than greed and conflict of interest. Cultural biases at play keep it going and intensified to the point that there is less expertise and more business interests running healthcare - like the HHS secretary and wellness industry bigger than Pharma.

Many see the correlation between OSA and AD. This study tries to break it down by major phenotypes and pathophysiological mechanisms. Very complicated and I would add a few things to their diagram. Untreated/sleep deprived need to be controlled for.

Good luck - there is a learning curve. I recommend going right to the genogram graphics and not starting with somebody else's template.

Possibly - but the patient needs to incorporate their own personal experience with antidepressants. For example if you have stopped them either with no or severe withdrawal effects - both are important to the MD trying to make the transition.

Well maybe - but I have been preaching homicide prevention for 30 years now. Nobody wants to take me up on it - probably because of the countertransference to and logistical problems dealing with really aggressive people.
