First roast session of 2025! ☕️ 🎉
Sipping on some of the last of our Nicaraguan Maritza, it was one of our more unique coffees from 2024. It has a flavor profile of plum sauce, custard with a floral lilac note. Looking forward to doing some more unique coffees going forward.
