Cooling off between 200F passes in the sauna. Best thing ever.
It's cold and snowy in Vermont, and I'm working on the sauna. I recently added a cold room, and have moved the plunge tank in for the winter. I still have a bit to do, but I added a Finland flag this morning, and I am soooo happy with the vibe. I love Finland.
