Martin Campbell is still one of the Bond directors, and I still think about THE MASK OF ZORRO.

No harm, no foul.

AI slop is a detriment to art and public discourse.

You had leverage... big wins at the ballot this week, and you now have nothing to show for it.

What's the point?

He's Erik in the movies and Magnus in the comics.

So many questions...

Did they drop all their cameras and notepads to the floor?

Why are they taking pictures of the dog from behind?

Why is the lady on the right pointing her camera at the floor?

Which is weird, because Rogue and Magnus hooked up in the comics.

I understand his worldview as well... (hell, I toyed around with a Magneto prequel to X-MEN: FIRST CLASS). That said, Magneto was going to sacrifice a child to achieve his goals in the first X-Men movie. There ain't to walking that one back. 1/2

Personally (for me), understanding a villain isn’t the same as sympathizing with them. Magneto is almost one I could sympathize with, but he’s still Magneto when he chooses to be the villain.

I thought Schwarzenegger did a great job conveying the motives and making the character sympathetic. As campy as that movie was, it had some really good comic-book-movie moments.

I'm not sure Iceman is the true antagonist.

It was Maverick's ego the whole time. Iceman was an external manifestation of that ego, but Maverick's true enemy was himself, which they carried nicely over to the new film.
