This is why the current pushback on DEI is so fucking awful. I absolutely benefit from being on a diverse team, and my work benefits from it. It's just reflexive misogyny and racism pushing back because certain people don't want to see their privilege lessened.

It was a super thoughtful and persuasive video. He articulated a lot of what I’ve been feeling.

The first year we didn’t coordinate with the ship at all, and found out that their dhcp scope was only 256 addresses. The cruise lines have been great at working with us since we started working with them.

It started as a project that ran as a vm on my laptop from my cabin, but it has built out to the point where we have a 1u server that the ship hosts.

Absolutely. I've had multiple friends with mobility issues attend with no issues.

Trump and the GOP have never shied away from doing whatever is in their immediate self interest regardless of norms. Good for Joe. Leaving his son to be a political pawn would have been deeply unfair.
