For anyone interested there is a more in depth video on a YouTube channel called The Why Files about a year ago. Some of it is contradictory and some is just absurd, such as Terry seeing humans mining on the moon. He claims to be a serial abductee since childhood. #Uncanny #UncannyCommunity

I was thinking that looking at the angle of the shadows (people in the distance) it could well be the sun reflecting off a surface. That's the most probable explanation to me.
