i also remember seeing a free google docs character/OC wiki template that might work for your purposes? although i dont know if i could find that one as easily again LOL.
depending on how fancy you want the page to be, you might also be able to make do with rentry.org and some markdown

if you have some coding knowledge or are willing to learn, you can make a free static website on Neocities! there's some free HTML templates for wikis and stuff like that that i could probably dig up if its something youre interested in
