Just like the law doesn’t exist for the ruling class, it exists for you (in ways that are still malleable, optional and arbitrary, depending on how they want to fuck you). The terrorist frame doesn’t exist for people who rule. You can (and should) interrogate it but you’ll never win at co-opting it.
