There isn't a salary cap mentioned in the TBA. Clubs will have an amount of money they will be able to spend across the entire business. How much they allocate to wages will be a choice, & within that how many mega salaries they can afford. Not a cap so no legal action could be made.

Yes Kean was young, and he'd shown some potential in Italy, but he was nowhere near good enough (Niasse was a better finisher) or hard working enough for this league. That was on Brands though. Don't recall training vids either myself, but I do remember his party during Covid!

Compare this effort and attitude to that of Moise Kean. Barry is striving to be better, to be a PL quality forward. Kean automatically thought he was and didn't want to do any of the hard work.
