I believe this is actually central to our political predicament. For example, for nearly everyone, the appropriate answer to the question, "Should trans girls be allowed to play on girls sports teams?" is "What business is it of mine?"

As more info comes in this needs to be said: if it wasn’t some left wing radical that did it, and it appears it wasn’t, there need to be massive pushback because they are STILL pretending it’s some culture war and it is only in their own minds

I saw the original cast that fall. I needed time to myself after the show.
Theater was my life from that day on.
If you love A Chorus Line or theater or New York or dancers or singers, take a break and watch this. The faces! The feelings! If you start sniffling at around the 4:30 mark, we're friends. www.youtube.com/watch?v=uUIs...

Everyone should be talking about this.

The Pope living just long enough to have JD Vance visit the Vatican so his Secretary of State could tell Vance to his face that he doesn’t understand Catholicism is a level of hating I could only aspire to in my wildest dreams.

A tricky thing about modern society is that no one has any idea when they don’t die.

Like, the number of lives saved by controlling air pollution in America is probably over 200,000 per year, but the number of people who think their life was saved by controlling air pollution is zero.

I attended this game. What I most remember was the buzz around Fenway when Aaron came to the plate. Seeing a National League legend in Fenway was a rarity back then.
It’s the 50th anniversary of the great 1975 Red Sox season. On Opening Day the Sox beat the Brewers 5-2. Tony Conigliaro playing in his 1st game since 1971 batted cleanup and went 1/4. Tlant pitched a complete game, and Bob Montgomery went 2/4 with 2 RBI’s. It was also Hank Aaron’s AL debut.
