We had this 2 weeks ago (ScottishHighers). Anxiously waiting on the text at 08:00. All good though. My son got what he needed, and more, so he's starting his BA in Rural Business Management in less than 2 weeks.
Hope all goes well for your daughter.

I'm also at the limits of my knowledge. If casework was sent directly or recorded at surgeries, I'd suggest she is both controller & processor. Anything via her parli office/email, then she'd be the processor.
She could easily resolve this by asking if they are happy to have caseworker transferred.

For this by-election, the figures are there. Very little transfer. Longer term that might change, but many people with true green leaning are put off by some of their policies.

Is she the Data Controller or Data Processor? If the queries are sent to her via her parliamentary email, then I'd suggest they are the Controller. Once passed to Truss, she'd be the Processor. If the Controller removes the Processor's rights, then all data should be returned to the Controller.

I know it's a local by-election, but it does seem that despite many comments to the contrary, Labour's first few weeks in power haven't damaged their support.
