I thought I was going mad when I saw one of these in the wild. These ones are real.

My dug is 16 yo tomorrow. Old enough to get married and join the army. Pretty certain he has zero interest in either.

Why are the police also now influencing what acts can and can’t play at a music festival.

I've spent today digging through my photos from that other website as I remove myself from there, I came across this one of the old Star Bar and tram stop. Must be of a similar vintage.

Some family history:

James O'Dowd was born in Roscommon in Ireland in 1841.
He married Mary Janet Fraser from Scotland on Sweers Island in the Gulf of Carpentaria, Australia.
Their daughter's family rode camels 3000 miles to Perth.
My Great Grandfather is the baby on the camel.

How can I find out what this #bird is?
Tried a bird call app with no luck.
Filmed just now in the White Cart in Glasgow, hanging about with mallard ducks. Not heard, or noticed, one before.

I don’t think Kingfishers in the White Cart get enough respect nor acknowledgment.

Much like the ‘White Cart Way’.

I wonder how many other copies of these remain lingering in charity shops around Scotland.

And she was not having any of your parodies of these tunes.
