I made the Carbonara! I goofed a little, i added a bit too much pasta water to the final mix so it didn't emulsify as much as ot should have. But the texture was still super creamy, and i added in mushrooms sauted in olive oil with garlic and chilis which gave it a nice kick
Spaghetti Carbonara with Pancetta and Mushrooms, base recipe from https://www.seriouseats.com/pasta-carbonara-sauce-recipe I added in pan fried mushrooms with garlic and chili peppers as well. It's plated in a wide, low white bowl, and topped with grated Parmigiana Regiano and Pecorino, and ground black pepper, there's a steel fork in it, and its on a whitish countertop.
