Cherokee County, GA has traditionally been 1 of the reddest counties in the US, if not the reddest. Yet at our protest today, the joyfully deafening noise of our supporters driving by blew the minds of their relatively very few Trump supporting counterparts. All lanes were full of smiles & cheers.

This appeared around our battleground county of our battleground state. Apparently the Republicans around here are NOT embarrassed into the ground to be associated w/ a president depicted wearing *that*.

Ofc, many of the evilest, creepiest ppl are quite attractive, act very nice & decent. But the *expressions* they make, which entrench in time, & the ways they like to style themselves, can give them away. Watch for the micro-expressions. Don't form opinions too quickly; don't base those on favors.

Gandhi got the entire British Empire to pull up stakes and leave. Then there's this excerpt from On Tyranny by Timothy Snyder. So many other ex.s abound. Tell everyone to tell everyone to go hardcore frugal, exceptions being highly ethical, preferably local, POC- and woman-owned liberal companies.

Suggest to your male friends/family a New Year's resolution to make volunteering a permanent new part of their lives. It's a great way to meet the best people around, *and* make a difference in their community. Bonus points if you send them the link to their county's democrat party's volunteer page.

🧵It actually is illegal: they're practicing medicine without a license. It's when they "review" a claim and decide that it's not necessary. But if they didn't buy their immunity from the law, we would have justice and a system that gives us the excellent health care that we deserve.

I so highly recommend Erica Chenoweth's surprising, eye-opening TED Talk, www.youtube.com/watch?v=YJSe... Nonviolence DOES work. We just have to go for it, and I'm thankful to be able to say that, based on chatter around social media, a whole lot of people are ready.

Now that Trump has learned that anyone but the most depraved will stand up to his tyranny, so he'll 🥾 all obstacles to dictatorship, he doesn't mind risking infuriating many of his voters. He's lame 🦆 at best, anyway, and many are brainwashed enough to pretend 🔲s fit 🔘s no matter what. #crankyuncle

Also why, if you're ttc, you should never drink a big bunch of parsley in a smoothie, either: that first week or two after conception is extremely vulnerable to miscarriage and it'd almost certainly end it. (We know, now, never to use things like parsley vaginally, due to TSS; this book's dated.)
