Almost three weeks ago, I wrote this: www.lawdork.com/p/the-kavana...

It’s not just the Trump administration. The Republican appointees on the Supreme Court — especially Justice Kavanaugh, who put their permission into words — should answer for it.
For two months, the U.S. government has been racial profiling as masked federal agents hunted for immigrants throughout Chicago. They’ve repeatedly snatched up U.S. citizens while traumatizing communities. “I felt like a piece of trash.” Here is our story www.chicagotribune.com/2025/11/15/l...
Latino US citizens racially profiled by federal immigration agents in Chicago: ‘I felt like a piece of trash’
The Tribune spoke to U.S. citizens and green card holders who have either been questioned or detained during Trump’s Operation Midway Blitz.

The stadium Trump is in is named after Arthur Ashe, the tennis legend.

What many people today probably don't know is that Ashe was literally arrested in front of the White House in 1992 for protesting the George H.W. Bush administration's treatment of Haitian refugees. www.upi.com/Archives/199...
BREAKING: Trump makes his first appearance at the US Open. There were audible boos and a few light claps.

Important to stress the stadium is at most 10% full and the start time has been pushed to 2:30pm ET.

BREAKING:

Trump's DOJ is demanding hospitals turn over sensitive information related to medical care for young transgender patients, including billing documents, communication with drug manufacturers and data such as patient dates of birth, Social Security numbers and addresses.
Government’s demand for trans care info sought addresses, doctors’ notes, texts
Legal experts said the Justice Department subpoenas related to medical care for transgender minors appear to be unprecedented.

Monday marks 10 years since Trump's escalator descent, and the start of my dataset of his anti-press social posts. Nearly 3,500 entries and growing, it provides not just a historical archive but also an urgent warning: The rhetoric our leaders use matters.

My latest for @pressfreedomtracker.us:
On social media, Trump targets the press on average once a day — for 10 years and counting
Behind a decade of attacks on the media lies Trump’s strategy of control.

With the $880 billion in cuts they voted for, the math just doesn’t add up.
