I started Saturday by attending a Portrait Lighting hosted by APA San Diego.
So grateful to be able to learn and meet people!

Isn’t what i see, hear and smell just a mirage of the world before the world?

Finding peace in the midst of the storm. I use self-portraiture to connect, to tell the story, to process. I provide myself a space to feel what is inside without pushing it away. I accept. I find peace with it. I let it go.

It’s great to venture out of San Diego and explore the coastline. Oceanside is fun! It’s definitely a good place to spend a day with friends

I use selfportraits to tell my stories without words, speak about my feelings and topics interested to me. And I share this knowledge with other women helping them to use self portraits to see themselves beyond all the stories and conditions. And it has been a blessing!

I think the problem with modern life is that we’ve forgotten how to be silly.

We take ourselves so seriously—chasing productivity, perfection, and likes—that we lose the joy of pure, unfiltered silliness.

We are all storytellers, aren't we?
We create stories in our mind contantly, thinking things that have no connection to what's actually happening.
Those stories are so bizarre and we move in our life as they are real.
What an absurd!!!
It is one big Cuckoo house.

We three have much to share about this show we’ve been working so hard at putting together while facing individual challenges throughout the process but it has also been the thing that held us up, kept us inspired and motivated, together, and supported.
