Thing is, it's like the Farrell shoulder charges, officially, on paper, I don't think he does have a history for it, despite the fact he's obviously done it a few times before. It's an issue caused by rugby's refusal to use disciplinary processes against established names.

It's been pretty obvious for a long time that the main factor in deciding disciplinary actions in rugby, on or off field, is who you are and who you play for. What you've done is a distant second.
