Already shared the celebration on IG, but my sheep survived the first bisque firing! I started sculpting it back in February so I’m so relieved to be done with greenware. #ceramics #ceramicsculpture #ceramicanimals #sheep #wolf

Sneak peeks of a larger (for me) sculpture I’m working on. I’m trying out mixing different colors of stoneware clays with similar shrinkage rates together.

Janus
This piece came from combining multiple slipcasting molds and raku firing. Recently I’ve been trying to follow my curiosity and impulse while making art. This wonderfully weird friend is one of the results.

I was obsessed with The Fire Within when I was a kid. Honestly might be the entire reason why started playing around with sculpture, so of course I had to make a little dragon 🐉

WIP slowly trying out ink drawing with a dip pen. My drawing skills are rusty but I think it’s starting to look a little better ☺️ finally trying out making a comic

Based on our daily (hourly) talks about our cat when she goes out of her way to say hi ❤️

If you see this, post something pink!

Not fully pink but a pink underpainting!

“Deflate”

One of a series of small ceramic animal sculptures from late last year. I love how the underglaze ended up a bit splotchy like light reflecting off this little guy’s scales!

Let's Ride Into the Sunset Together
This is one of my favorite ceramic pieces from last year! I started it back in July and officially finished it in early December. I love when tiny doodles become real.
