They got rid of all the nice and polite progressives. Now they have to live with dealing with the mean progressives that no longer tolerate their bullshit. You ignore the writing on the wall, prepare to be ignored by the new elects and be left to wither in the dust, I say

When the streets of New York City are built like a maze, letting Pac-Man out feels like a horrendous oversight.

Too many people bend at the knee or cover their eyes and ears when terrible and very real things are happening. They have a platform to address things and speak out when so many others are silenced or brutally muted.

And all too many creators fail to even do the basics. It's disheartening.

Broken record here, but I'm not expecting or asking creators to present manifestos or to constantly drum on about the current state of the world. We need people to be creating art to make us laugh, cry, and feel when so much else feels heartless.

But.. people need to stand by their values.

My short time in streaming and in other fan spaces really drove home that people present one way for an audience and that more often than not it is wholly fabricated. These days it is hard to tell who is genuine and who is not.

So if I am overly vocal, it is because I do not want others harmed.

All too uncommon, sadly, but 100%. We love a reputable and reliable contributor.

If I had a dollar for every time someone retorted with a "well, RandomAnimeCartoonGuy420 said in HIS video that that wasn't true!" then I wouldn't be dry heaving every few minutes over losing my health care.

The same goes for podcasts, blogs, substacks, etc.

For the love of all that is holy.. check their sources, and follow up.

This is why the whole shake up with that Magical Girl/Sailor Moon video is taking such heat.

I like me a good video about my favorite subjects, or even things I know nothing about, but ya' gotta' make like a good good amphibian and leapfrog from them to learning more from other sources.

I don't care how good VegetaOnWeed69's video on Astro Boy is. Do some digging yourselves, please.
