I mean that could be interpreted badly but I don't do that sort of thing "i don't have elevation and everything is manual." ... is AO91 officially dead then? I've not tried SO-124/5

UQB deserved the pile-on he got for his letter and your response was bang on. Len's response to his original letter was good tho! I call CQ a lot when 10 and 12 are open (mostly on CW) and usually get a response so was disappointed with SVDs letter in Sept but as you say onwards and upwards :)

Might as well have been singing as using uhf. Bailed out an hour early after a magnificent 6 grid squares. WX much worse now, proper windy

Worked a bloke in Arizona yesterday, over 7000kms away who was using a bit of wire in his gutter as an antenna - bit of life in cycle 25 yet I reckon....

I'm not setup for digi on uhf, will be shouting into the void on SSB. Yes I'm sure IO80 to GM on 70cms will be be long forgotten, later rediscovered post apocolypse like the kids in the Chrysalids.
