I live in #ohio and we just learned that all state employees will have to RTO per executive order by March 17. As a state employee who works hybrid, I manage a large caseload across the state. The attrition rate i would expect from this announcement, will decimate the services we provide.

Throwback to that one time I was gifted a single loofa start so I thought, why not? And put it in my front garden, thinking what could go wrong? It quickly took over the roof and climbed up the utility lines. I had to remove it in fear of getting attention from city code enforcement. #theOutpost 🌱
