I have been trying my paws on colored pencils again. Surprisingly fun! But slow work as I'm figuring things out while I go.

I swiped the dust from my coloured pencils and drew some frogs.
The first image is scanned, the second is taken with my phone camera. I feel like the scanned one is cleaner, but it also ate some of the colours.
I don’t know. I just wanted to do colours for a change.

My friend encouraged me to do something: 1. with colors and 2. without references as a change of pace, because I was complaining how I feel stuck in my art. Those highlighter pens were the only colored anything I had with me at the moment, so I tried with them.

#Sinners is such a masterpiece of a movie
Doing this without a clear photo reference was INSANE. I mean I had some photos of them, but my mind wanted them to have that pose and of course I had no photos of the exact thing, so I did the best I could.

Also thinking about this tiefling's bad attitude and his habit of solving things with brute force is amazing for my gym motivation lol
