No probably about it, DEFINITELY shouldn’t have appointed him. Cooper was taking this team down. Definitely weren’t advancing under him and judged on our results against teams around us, survival was unlikely. He also often either played Fatawu on the wrong side (left) or benched him anyway.

Presumably you’ve not had the misfortune to watch any of those 12 #LCFC games or the preseason games before. There’s been no improvement, no game plan, reactive tactics, strange team selections, strange late substitutions. Players arguing on the pitch, the manager falling out with them off the pitch

Hopefully we’ll see all 3 of Soumare, El Khanouss and Buonanotte start against Brentford.

His passing wasn’t great though. As the main centre back given the job of playing out from the back, he’s not good enough with ball. That’s Vestergaard’s strength but clearly Cooper doesn’t like him.
