There's one thing I wish I would've thought of buying sooner, and that's a Gopher Grabber. I feel like I've dropped more stuff in the last few days than I have in a whole month, but can't bend over to get them. 🫠

Dude, surgery was the easy part. Recovering after surgery though suuucks. The worst part is trying to get up and down out of bed. Once I'm fully healed, I'm never taking a meal or a walk for granted. 😮💨

The typical distractions just aren't enough to keep me from how horrible this week has been and will continue to be. Surgery preparation and mourning my grandma are both taking so much out of me. And I might not even be able to make it to her funeral. I just try to keep going on.

I just saw a keto recipe that used ground pork rinds as a substitution for breadcrumbs. The dish in question? Salmon cakes. 🤔 That's such an out-there ingredient swap I that wouldn't have thought of it in 1000 lifetimes.
