Lynda Sayce plays a piece of lute music that was recently discovered in an archival document at the Museum Plantin-Moretus. Since the handwritten lute tablature was folded and reused as scrap paper, it's problaby the first time in 400 years that this music is heard.

After spending months writing my business grant application to buy a riso printer and open a shop….i just realized that there’s a teeny tiny clause that I might not be able to because the grant is only 10k, and a whole ass riso business is a lot more than that…

I need to do more simple prints like this, with a really popping background colour, and a dark print for contrast. This was carved into some really crumbly rubber.

This is an A3 linoprint I had made of my family cat Kishka, who sadly passed away of cat flu a few years ago. She was the funniest, feral thing on four legs (and I was her favourite, but you didn't hear it from me.)

I know I have many dreams and these often change with the winds, but I would love to start a printing kulturhus in Malta. All kinds of printing, with a little attached cafe of course, because what historically goes better together than the spread of information and coffee house culture??

Dorothy B. Porter changed libraries 💜
The Dewey Decimal System used to only have two classifications for Black people: 325 (colonization) & 326 (slavery). Each book by a Black person was put into one of these classifications. A book of poetry? Classified as colonization.
