A little dry January reminder that nootropics beers like Impossibrew contain 5-HTP (The Party Helper iykyk).
This stuff can be great, but plays badly with SSRIs and in some real bad cases lead to Serotonin Syndrome. Probably worth being a bit cautious.

This is kinda broadly as expected. I had some serious hyperfocus on Astral Weeks in spring, Oxn last winter, and Jenny Hval the whole year round.
Only surprise is that Spirit of Eden isn't on there given that it's my 'I'm sad this will ground me' record.
