The work that these people do, is so fantastic! I can't get enough of their updates on new arrivals, the life of the nursery babies and all the other things they get up to!
Kapuki is quickly becoming the governor of Ithumba. She and mother Kalama — an orphan we rescued, raised, and rewilded — show up at the stockades most mornings, so they can share sunrise (and lucerne for mum) with their human-elephant family. As you can see, the four-week-old calf holds court!
