So appreciate that I was able to take time away from working as I've been ill for most of Oct & Nov - but now I'm feeling better & ready for 2026 (in other words, I'm stocked up with panettone & coffee).

Keep in touch if you're interested in collaboration & storytelling.

This time next week I will be officially unemployed (although I could still describe myself as a part-time PhD student). Taking a bit of time to regroup and then looking for something 2/3 days a week around community engagement, knowledge exchange, project management, or storytelling

Finally, after three years of agony and uncertainty, some good news for Morecambe fans: the club has new owners.

Thrilled for a club that has really been put through the ringer.

One year ago today, on 4th July, we went to the polls.

We ended the disaster that 14 years of Tory rule had brought on us.

Steadily, things are improving.

You don't have to like EVERYTHING the Labour government does, but they are doing SO MUCH to improve our country.

And I am grateful for that!
