Last week I finished a santoku kitchen knife, and I'm super pleased with it so far! (Given it's a hobby and my skills/equipment are pretty amateur)

Truck coil spring, cheap softwood (Fir? Spruce?), steel pins. Thin, shaving sharp... Unfortunately not rust resistant at all, lol. #blacksmith
