The History Teaching one has been great. Lots of people I followed on the other site, plus a few more to boot. Still learning about 'pinning' - a bookmark function would be brilliant. I'm sure it's in the works.

And it's not even the bots and unpleasant content. It's just become unusable.

There is a danger of smug backslapping about how great Bluesky is Vs X, but it's genuinely like Twitter used to be. I've managed to find most of the people I followed over there over here, plus a few more. I'm happy.

I saw a post here about no more "shopping like a billionaire". Made me chuckle. Blocking crappy ads from drop shippers was the bane of my life trying to keep my feed clean. To echo @mrjamesob.bsky.social, I like it here!
