Why play defense when you can go on offense?
Find people who want to sue Trump for false inflammatory statements he has made. Bring enough suits for enough money at Trump drops his.
Presidents have no immunity from civil suits.

Here is the original copper rooster that was atop the spire that burned down. They found it in the rubble the next day. A symbol of rebirth!

Got to go inside the new, restored Notre Dame today. Incredible light. It all looks brand new somehow. Astonishing to think how they rebuilt this roof. Even crazier to think they were able to build this to begin with centuries ago.

This is as good as the discovery some years back that Cornish ducks make more relaxed sounds than London ones. The Cockney quack is like a shout, whereas the Cornish version is more of a giggle.

The tool can be helped to identify dolphin species and to study the impact human activities, like fishing, have on the aquatic mammals.

It’s the time of year for mentioning one of my favourite ‘untranslatables’.

‘Poronkusema’, in Finnish, once denoted a distance of around 7.5km, which is roughly how long a reindeer can last before needing to urinate. ‘Poronkusema’ means ‘reindeer pee’.

if we’re going to abandon reason, embrace superstition, and regress as a society, we should at least bring back tunics, houppelandes, and elaborate hats. we do not need to look this boring while we’re at it

See that ring?

That's the circumstellar disk around PDS 70, a star 370 light-years from Earth.

And that bright spot to the right is a new planet being born—a planet the size of Jupiter.

Which has its own circumplanetary disk... where moons are being born.💫😲💫😎💫

I've seen them all, big & small, rich & poor, old & new, but it's not the size of a town or how prosperous it is that matters to me. The most important aspect of any town is how much its people love & care for one another. I believe the greatest gift is love
