The Veterans Administration has gone to shit, thanks to the tRump Administration. I used to be able to get an appointment within 6 weeks of making one. Now, it takes more than a year to see a specialist. It doesn't matter if the appointment is with the VA or outside. #fucktrump #fuckdougcollins

My new book arrived. "Nazaré" by Matt Majendie. Nazaré Portugal is on my bucket list to visit. Along with Kitzbuhl Austria and the Hahnenkamm "The Streif". I'm not a competitor. But, to visit and experience these places. Would fill my heart with contentment.

I tried a different technique yesterday. This time, I took the pork cutlets from the freezer. I removed the packaging. Then, immediately covered both sides in Kinder's BBQ seasoning. Then, add Kosher salt to one side. I allowed it to thaw and absorb the seasoning. Cooked in butter. #homecooking
