Oooo I just realised. I'm vegetarian right but I've never considered getting a protein shake to reach my protein requirement. I think it's a good idea. Also... I'm anemic so I should get some supplements for that. 👍😭I think I've finally made up my mind. I'm gonna do OMAD + ADF + WORKOUT. yay! ✨️✨️🎀👍

Should I switch to OMAD? I find it easier to not eat at all than to eat 1 meal a day, it's easier for me to go over board. But then again I can do OMAD every other day and fast in-between. Thoughts? 🎀

Also... I forgot to mention when I water fast my water has electrolytes and what not so I always gain some energy back after a dry fast... so I'm not so lethargic. Anyway . Thats my update for the day. I'm probably gonna gain a teeny bit since I'm getting my water back but thats okay. LOVE YOU 🎀✨️✨️

Yay! I just finished 72 hours of my dry fast. Total lost so far is a little over 2 kg (yea yea water weight blah blah) 😅😂anyways. I know I said I was gonna maybe give it 1 more day but I'm thirsty af so I'm gonna switch to water now for another few days.

Oh shoot. I forgot to weigh myself. That's okiii I'll do it later at like 5 or something. I won't post it till after a week tho. I fasted for 5 days last week and was suppose to refeed for 2 but it turned into 3 😭. I can only imagine how much I've gained.
